Since the early 1970's Oak Knoll has produced this immensely popular wine made from a Native American grape, NIAGARA. The essence of this wine is its intense aromas and flavors of freshly picked grapes, just as popping a fresh one in your mouth right off the vine. Serve chilled. Enjoy!

DUBARIL BY CHASSELAS ROMAND, SWITZERLAND
From vineyards in Romandie, Western Switzerland, in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva. It is made from the Chasselas grape, a traditional and uniquely Swiss varietal. Well balanced, with bouquet of white peach, flowers and lemon-blossom. Light and fresh on the palate, with hints of white fruit and pineapple. Serve as speritif, with fish, cheese and white meat.

GEWURZTRAMINER, SWITZERLAND
Swiss wine from selected vineyards along Lake Geneva in western Switzerland. Bouquet aromatic with intense floral smell of rose. Palate: smooth, strong aromas, crystallized fruits (pineapple, apricot, white peach). Serve: as aperitif, with foie gras, seafood, white truffle, sauerkraut, sweet and sour dishes, and cheese.

White wine. The Sorricchio family grows typical Abruzzo varietals on 42 hectares of vineyards and produces tremendously pure and well-defined wines from these grapes. Most of the wines are produced in stainless steel for perfect fruit expression and amazing integrity.

VALPOLICELLA BY VIGNETO SCAISO, ITALY
This superb red wine originates from the best quality grapes harvested in our oldest vineyard "Scaiso", in the classic zone of Valpolicella. Its grand characteristics are well adapted for aging. Excellent with red meat, game and fowl, plates rich and savory in flavor and seasoned cheeses. The total production is 7500 bottles.
